Support STAAR Theatre and Keep the Arts Alive

For more than two decades, Southern Tennessee Arts Repertory, known as STAAR, has served Pulaski, Giles County, Southern Middle Tennessee and North Alabama by bringing live theatre, music, dance, education and community arts experiences to the stage. Your donation helps ensure that STAAR Theatre at Antoinette Hall remains a place where creativity is encouraged, talent is developed and people of all ages can experience the power of the arts.

STAAR is more than a theatre. It is a gathering place, a teaching space, a performance venue and a community home for actors, musicians, dancers, directors, students, volunteers, families and audience members. Every performance, class, audition, rehearsal and special event is part of a larger mission to make the arts accessible, meaningful and inspiring for the people we serve.

Donations to STAAR Theatre help support live performances, arts education, youth and adult programming, production costs, facility needs and the ongoing work required to operate a community theatre. Gifts from individuals, families, businesses and organizations help us continue offering dramas, musicals, concerts, comedy, magic, dance, classes, workshops and other creative opportunities in our intimate 140-seat theatre.

Your support also strengthens STAAR’s ability to pursue grants and larger gifts. Many grant programs and funding opportunities require matching funds or evidence of strong local support. Donations from our community help provide that match funding and allow us to take full advantage of grants and gifts secured through the diligence of our executive director and the commitment of our leadership team. In this way, every gift can help STAAR reach further, grow stronger and bring more resources back into the arts community.

Sponsorships are another powerful way to support STAAR Theatre. Business and individual sponsors help underwrite productions, programs and events while demonstrating a visible commitment to the arts in Pulaski and Giles County. With strong sponsorship support, STAAR can pursue larger productions, expand technical capabilities, attract broader audiences and create even more memorable experiences for performers and guests.

When you give to STAAR, you are helping more than one organization. You are investing in local culture, education, tourism and community life. Performances and events bring people into downtown Pulaski, support nearby restaurants and businesses, create opportunities for local artists and give residents and visitors a reason to gather, celebrate and connect.

At STAAR Theatre, the arts inspire, talent thrives and community grows stronger. Your donation helps keep that mission alive.
