ATTIRE: Leotard & tights, t shirt, leggings/pants/shorts
SHOES: ballet and/or tap shoes
This series is designed to create an environment for adults to learn basic and intermediate ballet, tap, jazz movement for exercise, health & self-esteem. All instructors are classically trained.
There is no childcare, however there will be a room available next to the class space for children to entertain themselves. Be sure to come early enough to get your child/children settled before class begins as we begin promptly as scheduled.
